Through a shared experience of curated trainings, Council members will have an opportunity to accelerate learning and offer wisdom and expertise to advance gender and racial equity.
Council members commit to shifting systems from within by creating inclusive, equitable workplace policies and culture that allow the growing workforce of young women of color to thrive. Council members will conduct an organizational inventory to identify trainings, small actions, and changes to policies that lead to larger systems change.
Council members build meaningful relationships with cohorts of young women, using their influential networks to become mentors and sponsors who invest in the success of young women.
