Michelle Tran Maryns Named Vice President of Communications

Michelle Tran Maryns (she/her), our new Vice President of Communications, joined the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota in January 2024. Most recently, Michelle was CEO of We Sparkle, a public benefit corporation she founded to equip underestimated entrepreneurs with the AI-powered tools they need to succeed.

Prior to WFM and We Sparkle, Michelle advised companies like Google and Target as a strategy consultant for WORKSHOP and Rêve Consulting. She also served as Chief of Strategic Initiatives at Meda, Associate Director of Digital Strategy & Innovation at the American Academy of Neurology, Community Relations Specialist at the U.S. Department of Justice, and a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State.

In her free time, she volunteers on the Greater MSP Forge North Leadership Council and the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement North. She is a 2022 Global Good Fund Fellow and earned a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas.
