About the Event

Join us to take a collective breath on Thursday, July 16, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. – for our next in-person Community Connect. We’re inviting area movers and shakers to enjoy a collective wellness experience, share a meal, and create lasting connections. Operation Metro Surge has impacted all of Minnesota, the crisis is not over. Communities are still trying to repair what has been lost, and we know that healing takes time and intention. To be sustainable, we’re offering space for reflection, gratitude, and joyful connections.

“Recovery will take all of us, working together, to sustain this movement,” said Gloria Perez, president & CEO of the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota and a member of the Immigrant Rapid Response Fund (IRRF) coalition.

Community Connect is a biannual opportunity for grantee-partners, community organization leaders, and staff to network, share research, and resources, and deepen our connections between listening and grantmaking, policy, and narrative change.
