About the Event
About the Event
This webinar is for anyone who wants to learn more about the Fund for Safety Grant application.
When women, girls, and gender-expansive people are safe from all forms of violence, their health, leadership, and economic success grow. The Fund for Safety expands WFM’s investment in ending gender-based violence, in partnership with community leaders. We listen to community concerns and respond by investing in organizations, leaders, and movements working to end violence in all its forms, including sexual violence, physical violence, state and structural violence, and the exploitation and abuse of elders and people with disabilities. This work helps remove barriers to health, economic, gender, and racial equity.
In this webinar, we will:
- Share an overview of the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota
- Explain the Fund for Safety grant in more depth
- Walk through the application components, online grant portal, and timeline
